Primary Objectives and Main Role

Mobile Fragrance Sales Consultant
Are you passionate about fragrance? Look no further!

We are seeking an engaging and passionate Part-time Mobile Fragrance Sales Consultant to work across John Lewis, Boots, and Fenwick in Newcastle. As a Mobile Fragrance Sales Consultant, you will contribute to the overall success of the account through excellent product knowledge, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will also promote, enhance, and maintain the company's image and reputation with customers.

Key Responsibilities and Standards

1. Sell fragrance and beauty products to meet individual and account sales targets set by the company.
2. Develop outstanding product knowledge across various brands you will be working with.
3. Achieve sales targets and deliver a comprehensive brand experience.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on traffic-stopping interactions.
5. Communicate relevant information to the Line Manager as required.
6. Maintain company standards, including excellent grooming at all times.

Job Requirements

1. Previous sales experience in a similar industry with sales targets.
2. A passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury brands. Prior experience in this industry is highly desirable.
3. Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a seven-day rota.
4. Part-time position, approximately 22.5 hours per week across 2 days, with schedule flexibility to suit business needs.
5. Commission based on personal sales performance.
6. Product allocation after a qualifying period.
