Trescal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email with accuracy and courtesy. You will maintain records in our systems, process orders, and support internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a professional telephone manner
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Good organisational and administrative abilities
• Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to handle and resolve customer queries with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
• Commitment to upholding Trescal’s values, including environmental sustainability and customer focus
