HomeLet is recruiting a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our Lincoln office. You will handle inquiries from policy holders via inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information and helping retain business while supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Play a key part in supporting the sales team to retain business and to generate additional income at every opportunity.
