Sureserve is a leading provider of compliance and energy services across the UK recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Waltham Abbey, London. You will handle calls and emails, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer focused role is preferred
• Experience in handling a high volume of customer queries
• Basic knowledge of appointment scheduling
• Previous experience within Repair & Maintenance Sector is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels (inbound/outbound calls and email)
• Manage appointments and perform administrative duties
• Handle compliments and complaints and collect customer feedback to improve service
