Job summary

Sureserve is a leading provider of compliance and energy services across the UK recruiting a Customer Service Representative in Waltham Abbey, London. You will handle calls and emails, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer a supportive team, a 40-hour work week, a permanent contract, and a salary of £28,000 per year plus benefits including 24 days leave, a benefits hub, virtual GP, EAP and Bike2Work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer focused role is preferred
• Experience in handling a high volume of customer queries
• Basic knowledge of appointment scheduling
• Previous experience within Repair & Maintenance Sector is preferred

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence. The role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing appointments, performing administrative duties, handling compliments and complaints, and collecting valuable customer feedback to help improve the business’ overall service.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer focused role is preferred

Location: Waltham Abbey, London, E4 7RW
