Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Reading is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the Hospitality (Vingcard) team. You will support engineers, manage service agreements, and invoice customers for work carried out.

Reporting to the Service and Support Manager, you will ensure engineers have parts, update the Service Management system, liaise with customers, and handle license and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Has a strong customer service background.
• Is a highly organised self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Is PC literate.
• Demonstrates a flexible approach, enthusiastic, confident, and motivated to meet the challenges of a busy service team.
• Competence in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Competence in Microsoft CRM 365
• Experience with SAP would be an advantage
• You will ideally be located in Reading, UK

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineers have parts to complete work.
• Updating our Service Management system.
• Invoicing customers for works carried out in our ERP system.
• Liaise with customers and other departments.
• Creating and renewing License & service agreements.
