Husqvarna, based in Grays, UK, seeks a proactive Customer Service Advisor to support the Construction Division. You will handle high-volume inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MS Office daily, communicating effectively with customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team collaboration abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Comfort with using multiple computer systems and adapting to new software.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls, emails, and faxes with professional service.
• Process customer sales orders accurately within timescales.
• Respond to inquiries about deliveries, orders, discounts, product codes, pricing, and specs.
• Raise and process credit notes per procedures.
• Manage carrier and POD queries with logistics providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
