Job summary

Husqvarna UK Ltd. in Grays, part of the UK Sales and Service Organisation within the Construction Division, is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Sales Order professional.

You will handle high volumes of inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Strong team player with ability to collaborate effectively
• Able to work independently and use initiative to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experienced in using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and managing customer information
• Experience using multiple computer systems and adapting quickly to new software
• Proactive and motivated, with a positive approach to supporting business objectives
• Strong customer service skills and resolving queries efficiently

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of telephone calls, emails, and faxes with professional service
• Process customer sales orders accurately within agreed timescales
• Respond to enquiries on deliveries, orders, pricing, and product specs
• Raise and process credit notes per procedures
• Promote current offers and upsell products
• Manage carrier and POD queries with logistics providers
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• UtiliseCRM and other systems to manage customer records and track enquiries
• Carry out additional admin and customer service duties as required
