Job summary

MyDentist in Walsall is hiring a Customer Sales Coordinator to attract and convert enquiries, guiding patients through private options and the journey to becoming a patient. You’ll join a practice-based team, working full-time (40 hours) with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Home working is not available, and you’ll support the private dental option growth while collaborating with dentists. You’ll be part of a supportive team with development opportunities, and you will help deliver strong

Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our practice in Walsall, WS1 1QU. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

The working pattern for this role will be full-time, 40 hours per week plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.
