Job summary

Husqvarna UK Ltd is seeking a mobile, field-based technical professional to install, service, and support professional equipment across a broad region in the UK. You will work closely with dealers and end customers, performing installations, servicing, troubleshooting, and training with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

The role requires a full UK driving license and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a field-based technical or service role.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Full UK driving license and customer-facing skills.
Experience across field service / engineering or related equipment sectors.

Responsibilities

Carry out site visits, installations, and commissioning of professional equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the field.
Deliver technical support and training to dealers and customers.
Conduct equipment demonstrations and handovers.
Provide aftercare support and ongoing customer guidance.
Work independently across your region, managing your own schedule.
Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and feedback.
