Job summary

JW Lees & Co. in Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the busy Customer Service team at the Greengate Brewery. The role is office-based, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for progression.

You will handle customer communications across phone, email and in person, build strong relationships, and maintain accurate records in NAV while promoting products and services.

Qualifications

• Computer literate, proficient to an intermediate standard in all Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Professional and flexible; able to cope in a high-pressured environment.
• Ability to multi task and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers efficiently via phone, email or face to face.
• Build excellent relationships with customers.
• Keep NAV customer records up to date.
• Upsell and cross-sell where possible to increase sales value.
• Coordinate with transport and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
