JW Lees Brewery in Middleton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our established team at Greengate Brewery. This full-time, office-based role focuses on delivering professional service to customers by phone, email or face-to-face interactions, supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy site.

You will build strong relationships, keep NAV records up to date, stay informed about products and promotions, and aim to meet KPI targets and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle customers efficiently by phone, email or face to face.
• Build excellent relationships with customers.
• Keep NAV customer records up to date.
• Stay up-to-date with products and promotions and inform customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales value.
• Manage call diaries and ensure calls on allocated days.
• Ensure phones are covered and assist reception when needed.
• Coordinate with transport and warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate where required.
• Assist Sales Team with ad hoc requirements and meet KPIs.
