Job summary

NorthLink Ferries, Stromness Ferry Terminal, Stromness, Orkney KW16 3BH, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a full-time, permanent role offering 35 hours per week and a salary of £28,274.40 per annum pro rata plus benefits.

You will handle reservations by phone, email and in person, assist with check-in and boarding, and support the department to deliver high-quality passenger service. You will be a team player, proactive and committed to Serco values.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate well with the public and team members.
• Comfortable using a phone and computer system.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and ownership of personal development.
