Serco NorthLink Ferries seeks a Customer Service Assistant at Stromness, Orkney (KW14 7UJ). This full-time role (35 hours per week) supports customers across phone, email, web and in person to plan and manage journeys, helping keep Scotland's island and mainland transport network connected.
