MiniMed is seeking a Customer Care specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Watford, with a hybrid work model. You will support end-to-end order-to-delivery, assist the Center of Excellence and field sales, and manage urgent inquiries from patients and customers by calls and email.

The role emphasizes incident resolution, process improvement, and accurate data entry. We value strong ERP/CRM experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, resilient approach.
