You will need a clear, professional telephone manner, the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries, strong listening and problem-solving skills, and excellent administrative capabilities.

The Role Of Customer Service Representative

www.kitepackaging.co.uk is the eCommerce platform for Kite Packaging, a leading UK-wide distributor of packaging products delivered through a national carrier network. Due to the high volume of daily orders and dispatches, we receive a significant number of customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat relating to deliveries, order updates, and general product queries.
