Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Providing accurate information about waste management services, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction in one call whenever possible.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service.
  • Accepting payments, researching billing inquiries, and updating customer accounts.
  • Assisting with dispatching duties when needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of high-volume customer service experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Get:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
