Salary: £27,500

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (slight flexibility on hours)

Location: Tanworth in Arden, Solihull (own transport essential)

• Respond to enquiries via Live Chat, email, text and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage contracts and associated administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with teams across Membership, Development, Sales and Marketing.
• Solve problems proactively and contribute to overall member satisfaction.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a customer service role (essential).
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Possess IT proficiency and a general knowledge of GDPR.
• Exhibit a confident and polite telephone manner.
• Be capable of prioritizing tasks during busy periods and working independently or as part of a team.
