Customer Service Representative
£25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Waterlooville
Full Time Permanent

Dynamite Recruitments design and manufacturing client with offices in Waterlooville are looking for a Customer Service Representative with confident communication skills to join their team.

Duties include:
  • Management of orders and order entry, credit checks, and contract administration.
  • Quotation handling, upselling and subsequent follow ups.
  • First point of contact for customer requests, service enquiries and complaints via phone, email and live chat.
  • Taking full ownership of the resolutions of customer requests and escalations from beginning to end.
  • Liaising with other departments particularly the sales team.

The ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Service role.
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive, can do attitude
