Duties include:
- Management of orders and order entry, credit checks, and contract administration.
- Quotation handling, upselling and subsequent follow ups.
- First point of contact for customer requests, service enquiries and complaints via phone, email and live chat.
- Taking full ownership of the resolutions of customer requests and escalations from beginning to end.
- Liaising with other departments particularly the sales team.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Service role.
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, can do attitude
