Responsibilities include:

  • Primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of MFT equipment and spare parts.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, QA).

Function and Responsibilities

  • Focus on improving customer satisfaction by providing consistent and efficient service, solving product or service problems, and ensuring customer success.
  • Build trust and relationships with customers through open communication.
  • Ensure proper order flow and policy compliance.
  • Handle cancellations or changes in sales orders, communicating effectively with relevant departments.
  • Meet team metrics for order lead-time, accuracy, days to ship, and on-time delivery.
  • Support sales budget and commitments.

Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organizational skills for managing quotes, orders, and invoicing.
  • Fluent in English; other languages (Czech, German) are a plus.
  • Sense of urgency, ownership, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP (SAP), and advanced Excel skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; EMEA experience is desirable.
