Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Microelectronics value stream. You will be the main contact for quotes, orders, and delivery status, ensuring accurate data entry and excellent service in a high-precision environment.

You will coordinate with production, planning, quality and logistics teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues promptly, while maintaining compliance with contracts and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quotes, orders, delivery status, and general enquiries.
• Support the Sales function with timely submission of quotes and follow-ups to achieve targets.
• Process customer orders accurately in the SAP ERP system and manage order acknowledgments, changes and cancellations.
• Coordinate shipment schedules in line with production plans and customer requirements.
• Liaise with production, planning, quality, engineering and logistics teams to support customer needs.
• Ensure orders comply with customer specifications, contracts and quality standards.
• Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances; assist with root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication
