Our retained client is a leading online retailer with over 20 years of expertise, pioneering in their field and dedicated to excellent customer service.

They are now seeking customer service advisors to join their team, offering hybrid working: based both in their modern Edinburgh city office and from home, providing the best of both worlds.

As a customer service advisor, you will provide the highest level of assistance within their Omni-Channel Contact Centre via telephone, live chat, and email to support customers through their purchasing journey, liaising with network partners and suppliers.

The starting salary is £25,100 per annum, with additional perks such as a company-wide yearly bonus, employee discount scheme for family and friends, and employee loans.

The role operates Monday to Saturday, with only one Saturday every five, which finishes at 3 pm and includes a full day off. Operating hours are from 8 am to 5:30 pm on an 8-hour rotational shift. The position offers a hybrid format: 3 days at home and 2 in the office.
