Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales order lifecycle - from quotation to fulfilment and invoicing.
• Supporting the Sales team with accurate, timely order processing and updates.
• Proactively identifying and resolving order issues before they impact customers.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Supporting account growth through proactive communication and product recommendations.
• Maintaining accurate data and ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
