As a Technical Support, you will be working for EWIS.
Role responsibilities include:
- Processing inbound and outbound calls
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators
- Adhering to internal and external customer SLAs
- Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
- Maintaining a professional telephone manner
- Allocating work to field agents with guidance
- Managing client accounts
- Having in-depth technical knowledge of EWIS processes and procedures
- Performing to high standards using own initiative
- Operating according to ISO Quality & Security Systems
- Following company policies including GDPR, Health & Safety, and Social Media
- Producing high-quality written communication
- Achieving standards in service and quality audits
- Liaising with Field Force
