One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments, and help maintain store appearance in a busy local environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering great service.
• Encourage customer feedback and complete the Have Your Say survey.
• Assist across all store areas: online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Apply training to work safely and efficiently.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to foster a positive store atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and contribute to delivering profit.
• Follow One Stop values and company policies; be welcoming to all customers.
• Clock in and out accurately to ensure correct pay for hours worked.
• Maintain safety by following security procedures and using safety equipment.
• Adhere to the Think 25 policy when handling age-restricted products.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls on self-service checkouts and explain actions to customers.
• Keep aisles neat, clean and organized; support shift leaders when needed.
• May run the shift in the absence of the Shift Leader and Store Manager.
• Complete training to ensure safety and legal compliance.
