Qualifications

  • At least 12 months scheduling/planning experience in Social Housing or Contractor repairs.
  • Previous administration experience required.
  • Experience managing high call volumes and repair inquiries.

Customer Service Planner

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Planner to join our team due to continued growth.

In this role, you will handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal is to ensure jobs are scheduled to meet contractual Service Level Agreements without making false promises. You will communicate with residents using various methods including phone and email.

Using our MSi system, you will schedule operatives and subcontractors, discuss complex repairs, and manage demanding customers and service failures, aiming to build customer confidence.

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous administration experience
  • At least 12 months of scheduling/planning experience within Social Housing or Contractor repairs
  • Effective communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents
  • Knowledge of sequencing and concurrent work planning
  • Ability to prioritize and monitor ongoing jobs within targets
  • Experience managing high call volumes and repair inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction
