RS Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an UK Customer Operations Quality & Compliance Specialist to oversee and support customer enquiries related to legislation, regulation, ESG, and quality standards. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant responses while collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Location: this is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office

Contract Type: Permanent, part-time 30hr per week

The Opportunity

As the UK Customer Operations Quality & Compliance Specialist you will provide oversight and support for customer enquiries relating to legislative, regulatory, ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and quality standards, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and compliant.

This is an exciting opportunity collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer journey, embed best practice, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, manage risk, and uphold the organisation's regulatory obligations and great reputation.

What You Will Be Doing
