Our client City of Wolverhampton Council are looking to recruit 2 x Customer service assistants to join their team!

Position: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton
Pay rare : £13.26 per hour (37.5 hours per week)



What You'll Do:


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the friendly face and voice of our organisation, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and professional. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Delivering Excellence: Provide a high-quality, courteous, and responsive enquiry service across various platforms-face-to-face, telephone, and electronic communication.

  • Resolving Enquiries: Take ownership of customer enquiries related to Council services, aiming for resolution in a single contact.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure an effective and integrated service is provided at all times.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customer interactions to help enhance service delivery and contribute ideas for improvement.

  • Administrative Support: Undertake administrative duties to support the processing of customer enquiries, ensuring smooth operations.
