We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to work remotely for a company based in London.

Salary & Terms

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekend and evening shifts to accommodate international customers
• Salary between £28,000 - £33,000 a year depending on experience
  
  

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Create and update customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
