Job summary

Lidl GB in Llanelli is hiring a Customer Assistant on a 35 hour contract with shifts from early mornings to late evenings. You will help customers, process deliveries, bake and keep the bakery stocked, and merchandise Non-Food sections to ensure a well-presented store.

You’ll enjoy a competitive hourly rate (£13.45–£14.45) with holiday pro rata, pension, and other benefits while progressing in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Flexibility to start early or finish late is needed.
• Positive approach to changing priorities is expected.

• A friendly manner to inspire customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.
• Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Keep bakery stocked by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain middle aisles of Non-Food products.
