Job summary

Lidl GB in Wadebridge is hiring a Customer Assistant for a 16 hour contract with shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Friday to Saturday, 5am–10am. Pay is £13.45–£14.45 per hour, with 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.

You'll restock shelves, operate tills, and ensure customers receive outstanding service while keeping the store clean and organized. Potential progression to Specialist roles is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.

• Merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products.
