Key duties include attending appointments at finished properties, diagnosing issues, coordinating sub-contractors, and managing defects and warranty processes to uphold 5-star service standards.

I am working with 1 of the UK's largest Housing Developers who are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager for their Teams

I am looking for someone who either come from a trades or site background that has experience with New Build Aftercare

Site Locations: Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Felixstow & the surrounding areas
