Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead aftercare for new build properties across Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Ely and surrounding areas. You will attend appointments in finished properties, diagnose issues, and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Ideal candidates have a trades or site background with aftercare experience and a proven ability to deliver 5-star customer service while monitoring works and managing defects and warranties.

Qualifications

• Experience in aftercare for new build housing.
• Trades or site background with aftercare knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments at finished properties.
• Diagnose issues within customers' properties.
• Book in sub-contractors to carry out works.

I am working with 1 of the UK's largest Housing Developers who are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager for their Teams

I am looking for someone who either come from a trades or site background that has experience with New Build Aftercare

Site Locations: Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Felixstow & the surrounding areas

Day to day duties:

• Attending appointments in finished property's
• Diagnosing issues within customers property's
• Booking in sub contractors to carry out works
• Ensuring that you deliver 5* customer service on all levels
