Breedon Group plc's Ready Mix division is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support the Midlands region, handling inbound enquiries, scheduling orders and planning transport for timely deliveries.

You will chase orders proactively, maintain accurate records in the Excalibur system and strive to deliver First Call Resolution with a professional Breedon service.

This is a fixed term position based at Breedon Head Office in Derbyshire, with a competitive salary and pension benefits.
