wmtrains is recruiting for a Customer Service Host at Bletchley Train Station. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and creating a safe, welcoming environment for passengers.

You will support customers throughout their journey, help with boarding ramps, and assist with safety and station operations on a shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

• Provide high standard of customer service on station platforms and throughout the station.
• Support passengers requiring assistance, including boarding ramps.
• Maintain passenger safety, including managing overcrowding and safety of train departures.
• Make announcements regarding train arrivals, departures and service updates.
• Respond confidently and professionally during service disruption with information and guidance.

Location: Bletchley Train Station
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Shift-based rota between 06:00 and 00:45, including weekends and bank holidays
