This hands-on role requires strong leadership, a focus on standards from cleanliness to health and safety, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while coordinating audits, repairs and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fast-paced retail, catering or customer service.
• Leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Maintaining standards from cleanliness to safety and compliance.
• Handling audits, inspections and day-to-day problem solving.

Responsibilities
