Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Customer Service Executive, you will:

  • Assist in processing orders for accessories, chargeable repairs, and service contracts.
  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Help maintain and update our CRM database to enhance communication and customer relationships.
  • Support the management and processing of UK orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by understanding and catering to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure premium service from start to finish.
  • Assist the Operations & Sales team with daily tasks to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Create and issue quotations and order confirmations.
  • Provide everyday administrative support.

Skills required:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
  • Good problem-solving and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
