We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a dynamic and growing company based in Portsmouth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Executive

  • Manage customer queries via phone and email, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Track shipments, and provide real-time updates to customers
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
  • Maintain accurate records in the system and generate reports as required, including KPI's
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer experience

What we are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a UK office-based customer service role (within transport, logistics, or supply chain is desirable)
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A professional and polite "can do" attitude
