Job summary

The Best Connection in Redditch is seeking six Customer Service Executives to join a busy, expanding team. You will respond to customer queries via email and social media, ensuring timely and helpful support. Working hours are 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with possible Saturdays.

Salary is £13 per hour in a modern, vibrant facility with breakout rooms and leisure areas. The role requires IT literacy, strong written communication, confidentiality awareness and excellent teamwork to deliver

Qualifications

Customer service and admin experience.
IT literacy across systems and office programs.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Resolve and respond to customer queries via email or live chat professionally and promptly.
Answer product-related queries.
Coordinate with buying for stock arrival.
Coordinate with warehouse for order dispatch timelines.
Process orders via online systems; familiarity with AI platforms or Intercom is a plus.
Escalate unresolved queries to manager.
Maintain confidentiality / GDPR compliance.
Suggest improvements for the website and customer service.
Deliver excellent customer service.
