Job summary

Care Check Ltd in Evesham is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Counter-Signatory to join our fast-paced team. You will manage the day-to-day administration of DBS checks and explain DBS legislation to clients in plain English, keeping applications moving and updating clients by phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• GCSEs A-C / 9-4 in Maths and English.
• Previous customer service and/or admin experience.
• Brilliant customer service skills and a confident phone manner.
• Solid IT skills including Excel, Word, and basic QuickBooks.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day administration of DBS checks.
• Explaining DBS legislation to clients in plain English.
• Tracking applications and chasing police forces for updates.
• Talking to clients by phone, email, and chat.
• Getting involved in different areas of the business as needed.
