Job summary

Time Appointments are working with a successful and growing business in Felixstowe who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers and clients, handling bookings, ensuring information is captured accurately and keeping communication clear and professional from start to finish.

This role focuses on liaising with customers, capturing booking details accurately, and building strong relationships with key clients

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Providing a professional and responsive customer service
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues where required
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of customer accounts

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience within Shipping & Logistics is preferred
