Job summary

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for their Horley team to build strong relationships, handle inquiries, prepare quotations and convert them into orders.

You will manage orders, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, resolve delivery queries, and keep CRM records up to date, with a Monday–Friday 8:30–17:30 schedule and a salary of £29,000–£32,000 per year DOE with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and rapport.
• Attention to detail with orders, quotations and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales orders.
• Process orders accurately using product codes / SKUs.
