Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to work for a well-established and successful business in the Stoke-on-Trent area. The role offers benefits and the chance to work within a great team environment.

  • Entering customer orders into the system, ensuring adherence to processes & procedures.
  • Coordinating with planning, shipping, and dispatch departments to provide customers with up-to-date order information.
  • Communicating with carriers for ETA, POD, etc.
  • Processing sample requests from customers or sales team with all necessary information for dispatch.
  • Logging customer complaints into the CRM system and liaising with Quality Control to keep customers informed.
  • Processing quotations into the system.
  • Building strong, sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
  • Assessing customer needs to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Fostering strong relationships with the sales team.
  • Providing high-standard customer service via phone or email, promptly and courteously.
  • Providing customers with product, carton, pallet, price, and delivery information.

Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Salary:

£23,000 – £24,000 per annum
