Job summary

Volvo Trucks UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Contract Administrator to be the first point of contact for UK-wide customers and dealers on service contracts. You will manage enquiries by phone and email, prioritise cases, and coordinate with the team to ensure accurate contract handling.

As part of the Service & Support department, you will use Salesforce and MS Office to prepare amendments, issue communications, and maintain data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse large volumes of data and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for UK-wide customers and dealers regarding service contracts.
• Manage enquiries via email and phone and prioritise cases.
• Assign cases within the wider team using Salesforce and internal tools.
• Support contract case management, including amendments and extensions.
• Maintain customer data across systems and coordinate with UK, Ireland and Sweden to resolve issues.

You will be the person our dealers and customers rely on to keep things moving and ensure every case is handled with care and precision. Receive, manage, and prioritise customer and dealer enquiries via email and phone Assign cases accurately within the wider team using Salesforce and other internal tools Support contract case management, including checking documentation and preparing amendments and extensions Manage dealer communications and case handling primarily via Salesforce Prepare and issue customer communications, including excess mileage invoices, annual price increase letters and completed contract documentation Maintain customer data across systems to support invoicing accuracy, working with colleagues in the UK, Ireland and Sweden to resolve corrective actions Who are you?
