Volvo Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative for the backshift at our Coventry site. You will support loading/unloading, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, handling a diverse range of parts for Volvo Group brands. The role involves working with ASRS and traditional methods, with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

You should be fluent in English, hold a valid UK driving licence, and be comfortable using WMS and handheld scanners. Forklift licences are desirable.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and valid UK driving licence required.
• Forklift licences (Counterbalance, Reach Truck or similar) desirable.
• Experience with ASRS and automated warehouse environments is advantageous.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners is desirable.

Responsibilities

• You’ll support warehouse operations, including unloading, storing, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Handle a range of Volvo Group parts and ensure accurate, safe movement.
• Work with both automated systems (ASRS) and traditional methods.
• Collaborate with team leaders and the Logistics Operations Manager to meet targets.
