Sedgwick is recruiting a Customer Service Claims Adviser in Glasgow. You will be the calm voice helping claimants get their lives back on track, handling domestic claims with empathy and accuracy. This role blends office and remote work, offering comprehensive Sedgwick training and ongoing development.

You will work closely with the Home Adjusting team and other departments to ensure customers experience exceptional service throughout the claims journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service office environment.
• Excellent communication skills with policyholders, insurers, contractors.
• Contractor repair support experience is advantageous.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Claims Advisers in Glasgow, UK.

As a Claims Adviser, you'll assist in resolving domestic claims, requiring skills or qualifications in customer service and claims handling.

Imagine yourself as the main contact for customers and stakeholders during the claims process. You'll provide excellent customer service on every call, record claim details accurately, and set clear expectations for the service journey. You'll learn policy and procedure requirements, empathise with customers, and handle difficult conversations when needed.

You’ll work closely with the Home Adjusting team and communicate with various departments to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
