OurCoop is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our in-store team across various duties, including checkouts, shop floor and bakery operations. You’ll support daily store running, promote membership and engage with customers and communities.

Flexibility with hours (evenings and weekends) is welcomed, and no prior experience is required as training and guidance are provided to help you grow and succeed in a friendly, community-focused environment.

• Assist with checkouts, shop floor, housekeeping, date code checks, temperature checks, and administration.
• Support in-store bakery operations and daily store running.
• Promote the benefits of membership to customers and encourage sign-ups.
