Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members for the Corpach store, delivering friendly, helpful service in a fast-moving Co-op environment. The role includes working in the bakery or post office as needed, assisting with online orders, and contributing to daily in-store operations.

Full training is provided. The role requires flexibility across shifts, weekend work, and a commitment to the local community. 18+ and able to work early mornings is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service and support day-to-day store operations
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly
• Operate tills, assist on the shop floor and in the bakery where required
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the local community
