Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Customer Assistant in Market Harborough to keep shelves stocked, operate tills, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll support everything from deliveries to merchandising while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

With shifts across 10-40 hours and a holiday entitlement, you’ll join a collaborative team where progression is encouraged and rewards include in-store discounts and a pension scheme.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.
• Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store appearance.
• Keep bakery items topped up and ensure correct merchandising.
• Merchandise middle aisles and support shop floor presentation.
