Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd in Colwyn Bay is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You’ll help customers, handle sales at the tills, stock shelves and keep the store welcoming and well-presented throughout your shift.

You’ll contribute to a safe, efficient store by following training, supporting cash handling, and engaging with customers to deliver great service while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, passionate customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with purchases and operate the tills.
• Stock shelves and keep aisles tidy and safe.
• Encourage feedback via the ‘have your say’ survey.
• Follow training and safety procedures; comply with Think 25 policy for age‑restricted products.
